Faculty Affairs

As the heart of UT Austin, faculty are our primary ambassadors. They are also the primary drivers of research, innovation, student recruitment, and retention.

To ensure that we have an excellent learning environment for our students, faculty must clearly understand how their actions will impact those around them (including other faculty). The Office of Faculty Affairs exists to help you navigate this complex environment while supporting your success as an educator and scholar at UT Austin.
