Application for Admission
The University of Texas at Austin Undergraduate Admissions Office processes applications and issues acceptance letters. To be considered for admission, you must apply online through the UT System’s Apply Texas website. The application fee is $40 per student (including non-residents) and should be paid electronically through the system once you have completed your profile. All students applying for financial aid should also complete this process by submitting documentation of their financial need (if applicable).
The deadline for fall 2019 admission was January 2; however, there may still be some spaces available if you apply after that date or if we can reopen our waitlist due to cancellations or withdrawals from other applicants’ files after February 1 (the next time we will update our admissions statistics).
If you have questions about applying as an international applicant, please visit our international admissions page before starting your submission!
