Identify the Problem or Opportunity

Identify the Problem or Opportunity

Once you have identified the problem or opportunity, you can develop a plan to address it. To do so effectively, you’ll need to define both the scope of your situation and the solution.

Create Solutions

  • Create solutions that are innovative and unique.
  • Create sustainable solutions.
  • Create solutions that are measurable, scalable, repeatable and sustainable (e.g., a new way of doing something or improving on an existing practice).

Propose a Plan of Action

A plan of action is a specific, realistic and achievable goal that you want to achieve. The steps necessary to achieve this goal should be measurable and have a timeline, budget and team assigned.

A good example would be, “I want to increase my sales by 25% within the next quarter.” This statement is specific because it states exactly what you want to do (increase sales), when (within the next quarter) and why (because I need more money). It’s realistic because it requires effort on your part. However, it is easy for most people who are willing to work hard enough at something for long enough for it to become successful.

Another example might be: “I want my company’s website traffic numbers doubled over the next two years.” This statement is also specific because we know exactly what needs improving; however, we don’t know how much time or money will be required until further research has been done into current traffic rates across other similar websites in our industry sector before deciding whether they’re worth investing into improving upon those numbers through various means such as SEO techniques etcetera…

For example:

  • Practical – The training has been created with an understanding of what will be most helpful for your employees’ current needs. It also incorporates best practices from other companies that have implemented similar solutions successfully before them. Experts have trained the instructors in their field and industry experts to ensure they can provide high-quality training for all attendees (even those who may not know much about what they’re doing). Additional support materials like handouts can be provided online so participants aren’t left wondering how something works or why something was done in a certain way during class time when they could spend more time discussing how things work within your organization!

Deliver Your Solution

The process must go smoothly once you have a solution ready to be delivered. This means the answer should be provided in a way that is effective, efficient and convenient for your customer.

  • Efficient – With an extended campus experience, there’s no need for travel time between locations, saving everyone involved money on gas costs while reducing carbon emissions produced through transportation methods like planes or cars.”

Assess the Results

  • Assess the results.
  • Use the results to improve your solution, process, and plan.

Developing a custom solution requires a system that can deliver results.

You need a system to help you develop a custom solution. The first step is to identify the problem or opportunity, which can be done by asking questions such as:

  • What are the needs of the client?
  • What do they want from their training?

Next, create solutions for those problems. It would help if you also proposed a plan of action for delivering these solutions and assessing the results after delivery (for example, by conducting surveys).
