These awards may be merit-based or need-based and can be awarded by private organizations or government agencies such as the Department of Education (DOE). The ROTC scholarship is a full-tuition scholarship for four years of undergraduate study in exchange for an obligation to serve in your chosen branch of service after graduation. GI benefits include a monthly stipend and tuition reimbursement (up to $20K per year) for up to 36 months after graduation from
