The Penn State Faculty Resources website is a one-stop shop for faculty members who want to learn more about the University, including policies and procedures and links to other resources.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Human Resources is the human resources department at Penn State. The staff in HR provides staffing, recruiting, training, compensation and benefits and employee relations services to faculty and staff across campus.

HR is an excellent resource for employees who want to learn more about their benefits or need assistance with a specific issue related to their employment at Penn State University.

DIVERSITY RESOURCES

DIVERSITY RESOURCES

The Office of Diversity Resources is a one-stop shop for diversity, from training to resources. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment that reflects the diversity of Penn State University.

Our website offers information about our programs and services, including online training for faculty and staff on unconscious bias, cultural competency and microaggressions.

The Office also hosts events throughout the year for students interested in exploring issues related to diversity through our Student Collaborative Learning Program (SCLP). These events include guest speakers from across campus who share their experiences with us and interactive workshops led by our staff members with expertise in various areas of diversity work at Penn State University.

TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

The Technology Services (TechServ) department at Penn State is the central IT organization for the University. Its goal is to provide technology solutions that help you and your colleagues achieve your goals while maintaining a secure environment.

TechServ offers many different types of support, including help with the following:

  • Personal devices such as phones and tablets
  • Email accounts and software like Google Apps or Office 365
  • Network connectivity issues
