A Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Finance is an undergraduate academic degree that teaches students how to manage money and analyze companies’ finances. Students who complete this program will learn how to make sound decisions regarding investments and other financial matters, which can help them secure jobs in banking or investment firms after graduation
Bachelor of Science in Marketing

Marketing is a broad field that encompasses many different areas, including advertising, public relations and promotions. The Bachelor of Arts in Marketing degree from Ohio State University helps prepare students for careers in marketing by providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in this competitive industry.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Financial Management
The B.B.A. in Accounting and Financial Management requires a minimum of 120 credits, including:
- 24 credits of business core courses (12 required courses)
- 30 credits from an area of concentration (15 required courses)
Students choose one area of concentration from three options:
Accounting Information Systems – The focus here is on using technology to solve business problems using quantitative methods and qualitative analysis skills. Financial Management – This option emphasizes knowledge of financial markets and managerial decision-making processes. International Business – An international focus provides students with opportunities for international study abroad programs and internships at multinational companies worldwide. In addition to these requirements, there are also required electives, which vary depending on which concentration you choose but will usually include things like statistics classes or other advanced mathematical classes if needed by your significant requirements listed below under “What can I do after graduation?”

Bachelor of Business Administration – Information Security and Assurance Management
Bachelor of Science – Sport Management
An undergraduate degree in Sport Management can lead to careers in:

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
- Core Courses – 21 credit hours
- General Education Courses – 33 credit hours (including six credits from Writing I and II)
- Major Courses – 32 credit hours (including three credits from Principles of Finance)
- Elective Courses – 27 credits

The curriculum emphasizes all aspects of music composition, including technical skills, business knowledge, performance practice and history.
Students who choose this degree are encouraged to explore their creative ideas while also developing an understanding of how those ideas fit into the greater context of music history and culture. In addition to completing the required coursework for all B.F.A. degrees at The Ohio State University (including courses in theory/composition), students must complete an internship with an outside agency or organization during their junior year as well as participate in departmental activities such as master classes or recitals throughout their time at Ohio State.
