Graduate Non-Degree
I want to apply for a non-degree student at Ohio State University

- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must have graduated from high school or have passed an approved GED exam
- You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on all college coursework completed. This includes any courses taken for credit at another institution before coming to Ohio State as a non-degree-seeking student. If your GPA is below 2.5 but higher than 1.0 (or if you don’t know what your GPA is), we encourage you to retake classes until reaching this minimum requirement before applying again as a non-degree-seeking student; this will ensure that we do not accept students whose academic performance may hinder their success here at OSU! “Good Standing” means having completed all requirements for graduation–including any required prerequisites–with no pending grades or incompletes that need remediation by an instructor before they can be removed from one’s transcript; it also means being eligible for enrolment into courses which one might need during enrolment periods later down the road such as summer sessions etcetera.
Non-degree students must be 21 years of age or older.
- To be eligible for admission, you must be 21 or older.
- You must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
- You must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study and still need to receive your bachelor’s degree.
Be sure to check the university’s website for more information.
You can find more information about graduate non-degree programs on the university’s website. The website is your best source of information, so be sure to check it thoroughly before contacting the school directly. You may also want to call or visit them if you have questions or concerns about their program offerings and admissions process.
Once you’ve decided which program is correct, the next step is filling out an application form. This can be done through their website or by mail if they don’t offer one online (check with them first). The application will ask for basic information like your name, address and contact details

What is a Graduate Non-Degree?

Where can I find more information?
More information about the Ohio State University Graduate Non-Degree is on its website.

If you’re considering graduate school, knowing there are several options for earning your degree is essential. You can make your graduate degree on campus or online through a university or independent study program.
- If you choose an independent study program that isn’t affiliated with any institution, you’ll need to find professors who will supervise your work and help guide your studies. These programs typically take longer than traditional degrees because they aren’t structured around standard course offerings–you might have fewer constraints on when and where they can be completed, as well as the amount of time spent studying each subject matter area (though some schools may require specific credit hours).
- If going into debt isn’t something that interests or concerns you right now, but you still want to pursue higher education later in life without being directly tied down by student loans? Consider looking into non-degree programs offered by universities like Ohio State University, which provide courses explicitly tailored towards professionals looking for additional training-related topics such as business management skillsets, etc.
