The financial aid team is here to help you, but they’re only sometimes available. You can reach them in a variety of ways, so it’s vital that you know which one best suits your needs.
Office hours
The Financial Aid Office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on holidays. As you can see, there is no emergency contact number for the office; if you need immediate help with your financial aid application or have any questions, please come in during regular business hours (or email us).
Best times to reach
The best times to reach the financial aid team are weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to noon. Summer hours vary, so please check with your school’s financial aid office for any questions or concerns about how they operate during the summer months.
