The University of Arizona Research Center (UARC), located in the desert north of Tucson, is a multi-faceted facility designed to support biology and medicine, natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, social sciences and the humanities research.

The UARC supports faculty members hosting students through NSF’s Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program. This program provides funding for summer research experiences at institutions nationwide where undergraduate students can work alongside faculty mentors on cutting-edge research projects related to their majors or other interests while earning college credit towards graduation requirements at their home institution.

The UARC also supports researchers hosting undergraduate students through NSF’s Research Experiences for Teachers (RET) program. This program funds teachers at all experience levels interested in participating in research projects during the summer while earning college credit towards graduation requirements at their home institution.

Run by the UA School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering, it is home to National Science Foundation Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) programs, fellowships for students from underrepresented groups and other research opportunities for undergrads, grad students, postdoctoral fellows and faculty members from across the country.

The UARC is a part of the College of Engineering and publishes the Journal of Engineering Education. The centre was founded in 1962 by Dr Eugene L. Frankel, a professor at UA, from 1923 until he died in 1984.

It’s also open to the general public for tours where you can see discoveries made in fields ranging from genetics to neuroscience.

If you’re interested in seeing the research at UARC, tours are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can sign up for these tours online or by phone. Tours are limited to 15 people per tour, so if you still need a spot, try again next time!

The UARC is a great place to visit if you’re interested in learning more about the research at UCSD. It’s also a fun place to bring your kids, who will enjoy exploring the excellent science exhibits on display.

The UARC has unique facilities that allow researchers to study desert ecology and human health issues.

The UARC is a multi-faceted facility built for biology and medicine research. It’s located in the desert north of Tucson, Arizona. The building has several unique facilities that allow researchers to study desert ecology and human health issues. You can access this facility by visiting the public tours or applying for permission to use one of their labs (open only to university students).

The UARC has a variety of research facilities. Some are specifically designed for desert ecology, while others focus on human health issues. As part of their mission to promote scientific research to improve our understanding of the world around us, they welcome students and professionals to apply for access to their labs.
