Investment Opportunity
Arizona is the place to be if you are looking for an investment opportunity. In addition to being one of the fastest-growing states in America, it also has some of the most attractive real estate markets regarding returns on investment and income potential.
Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine ranks the major cities of Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff among the top 10 cities for retirees. The average price per square foot for homes sold in these areas is around $140-$160, with rental rates ranging between $1-2 per square foot per month depending on location and amenities such as pools or gyms nearby (source). This means that if you buy a 100 sqft home at $140 psf (which is reasonably inexpensive compared to other parts of America), then each year, after paying property taxes, maintenance fees, etc., your net profit would be around $1300! That’s not too shabby considering all those years spent working hard so that we can enjoy our retirement years without worrying about money problems :).
Prices are up
The University of Arizona is not only the best school in Arizona but also one of the most affordable colleges in the country.
The average annual cost for tuition and fees at UA is $11,600–a price lower than any other university in this state or any other state for that matter! And if you’re looking for great value for your money, look no further than our campus community. Our low tuition rates don’t mean we skimp on quality; they help us deliver an exceptional education experience without breaking your bank account!

Your tour guide will lead you through our beautiful campus and give you an overview of academic programs, student life, and athletics. If you are interested in touring outside these times, don’t hesitate to contact us at tours@arizona.edu or 602-556-5258 for more information on when this University can accommodate your request.
The University recommends that parents/guardians accompany their children on these tours because they can ask questions directly from staff members who work closely with students daily, such as deans/directors/faculty members, etc…
