The University of Arizona counselling center
The Counselling center is located in the Student Services building on the west side of campus. You can find them at SSC-3, between the Student Union Memorial center (SUMC) and the Health Sciences Building (HSB). The counselling center offers individual counselling, group counselling, and workshops. They also provide various services, including career counselling, personal counselling, and crisis intervention.
The Women’s Resource Center provides a safe space for women at UA to discuss issues affecting their lives and topics related to gender equality or feminism. This centre aims to empower women through empowerment programs such as self-defence classes taught by trained instructors who have experience working with survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence; support groups led by trained volunteers; presentations about topics such as healthy relationships; workshops focused on improving communication skills between partners/family members/friends etc.; resources from local organizations offering specialized services such as legal help from staff attorneys at Legal Aid Society Tucson Branch Office located within walking distance from campus via South Sixth Avenue (SSC-1).

UA Student Health and Wellness Center
The Student Health and Wellness Center is an excellent resource for students. The centre offers free health services to all students, including:
- STD testing and treatment.
- Immunizations against common illnesses, such as the flu or measles-mumps-rubella (MMR).
- Health education on nutrition counselling and exercise tips, stress management techniques for managing mental health issues like anxiety or depression, how to manage a chronic condition like diabetes without letting it affect your studies or lifestyle…you name it!
You can also get help accessing other campus resources that may assist with your specific needs (like financial aid assistance programs) or connect with other students with similar experiences through support groups or social events held at the centre every month!
UA Disability Resource Center
The UA Disability Resource Center (DRC) is committed to helping students with disabilities succeed at the University of Arizona. The DRC provides support, accommodations and information/referrals to other disability services on campus.
The DRC also has many resources available for counsellors and staff who work with students with disabilities:
- Counselling Services – Provides counselling to students, faculty and staff who have an identified need for mental health services related to issues such as stress management; grief; relationship problems; depression; anxiety; substance abuse issues or other personal concerns that may interfere with academic performance or interfere with the ability to function effectively in the college environment.

There are many support services on campus, both in person and online. You can contact a counsellor by phone, email or in person at the Center for Health Promotion (CHP) in Student Union room 215A. They also have an online chat feature that’s available 24/7. If you would like to talk with someone but feel uncomfortable talking over the phone or online, some professionals work with students face-to-face at CHP office hours every weekday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. You can also text your questions using their text line!

They also offer workshops on various topics, including time management skills, stress management skills, assertiveness training, etc., and referrals to outside agencies such as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The Women’s Resource Center is a safe space for women to explore their identities, share experiences, and get support. They offer workshops, programs, and resources to help you build your self-esteem and find resources in the community.
The Women’s Resource Center offers an online forum where students can discuss anything from relationships to mental health issues. It’s also a great place to meet other women who are going through similar experiences as yourself!

The Career Center offers resources and workshops to help your job search. The career centre can help you with resume writing, interviewing, networking and more. They also have a database of jobs available for students in the area.
The Career Center will assist you in finding a job after graduation or if you’re looking for an internship while attending school here at the University of Arizona. The staff members are very knowledgeable about what employers are looking for when they hire someone new into their company, so they can be sure that graduates get hired quickly after graduation by providing them with information on how to write strong resumes and tips on where to look for jobs.
Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning
The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) is a resource for faculty, staff, and students interested in improving their teaching practice. CETL offers workshops, training, and other professional development opportunities to help you succeed. They also provide online courses that can help you continue your learning outside of the classroom setting.
